Emily enjoys helping her clients feel safe, welcomed, and valued under her care and believes a strong, therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect is a key factor in the success of her clients’ journey.
Aside from counseling, Emily finds joy in spending time with her husband as well as with her friends and family. She loves having an active lifestyle and exploring nature and also appreciates puzzles and trying new desserts.
Emily uses elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy Techniques to work with her clients.
