Jill McCullough

MA, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor 
 
Jill received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Health Communication from Otterbein University in 2020. She also holds a Master’s in Military History from American Military University and has just completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary.  Jill is supervised by Sharon Williston-Benadum, MA, LPCC-S.

 

Jill is a member of the Alpha Tau Sigma chapter of the Professional Honor Society for Counselors, Chi Sigma Iota. Jill wants her clients to experience the relief that comes with optimal mental health and freedom from depression and rumination. She has a heart for children, teens, adults, college students, and vets and wants to accompany them on the journey toward mental wellness. Jill believes that a strong therapeutic bond is the key to emotional health.

 

When Jill is not working, she spends time with her husband, grown children, calico Lulu, and bunny Pebbles. Jill is an avid military history buff, is passionate about her faith in Christ, and is always trying to teach herself to draw. She rides her motor scooter in the summertime to decompress.

 

Jill uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy when working with clients. With her client’s expressed permission, she engages in Christian counseling and career counseling, as spiritual, vocational, and mental health issues are often intertwined
