Norline Ford

Norline Ford is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who is passionate about helping individuals find healing, hope, and renewed purpose. She provides a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward meaningful growth.

Norline has a special passion for helping women heal from trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, low self-worth, and emotional wounds from the past. She believes healing is possible and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they rediscover their strength, resilience, and sense of purpose.

Using an eclectic, client-centered approach, Norline draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, strengths-based counseling, attachment-informed interventions, and faith-integrated counseling when desired by the client. She tailors treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

In addition to her work with women, Norline specializes in ADHD assessment and treatment, anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and personal growth. She holds an ADHD Assessment & Treatment Certification (ADHD-PT®) and has completed advanced training in complex trauma, dissociation, and trauma recovery.

Norline is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Christian Counseling with a specialization in faith and trauma. Her research and training focus on helping individuals—particularly women—find healing from past wounds, rebuild their sense of identity, and experience renewed hope through both evidence-based counseling and faith-informed principles.
