BA, CT
Counselor Trainee and Intern

Noah Yinger is a Counselor-in-Training currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion from Liberty. Noah is gaining hands-on experience under the supervision of Rebecca Owens, LPCC-S, a licensed clinical professional with extensive expertise in the counseling field.

Noah is passionate about walking alongside children, adolescents, and young adults from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges. He is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

His approach is grounded in Person-Centered Counseling (PCC), emphasizing the power of authentic therapeutic relationships to foster trust, growth, and healing. Noah is committed to empowering clients by recognizing their strengths, encouraging self-discovery, and helping them build resilience and healthy coping skills.

With a background in ministry, Noah brings a deep understanding of the role spirituality can play in personal struggles and relationships. For those who desire it, he is able to incorporate Christian counseling into the therapeutic process.

After spending his high school years in Southwest Florida, Noah returned to Columbus, where he met his wife, Brooklyn. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, going to the movies, studying theology, and trying different coffee shops around the city.
