Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Medical Technology from Ohio Northern University and has spent over twenty years in the medical field. She has has received specialized training  in trauma, including EMDR, as well as mood, anxiety, adjustment disorders and relationship issues and enjoys working with adolescents, couples, and families.

Lynn is also an Associate Professor instructing a variety of courses in Psychology and Chemical Dependency Programs for the College of Adult and Graduate Studies at Ohio Christian University.
