Mary Rose holds an MA in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Mary Rose has many years of counseling experience as well as supervision and teaching of counseling students.

Mary Rose’s desire has always been to create a safe environment where clients can explore their challenges in life and find resolution. Her belief in the value and respect of all people originates from her belief that every human is created by God and deserves to be treated as such. Mary Rose utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within the context of a Person-Centered approach in her counseling. She has been married over 38 years to a personable and talented "computer wiz". Together with her husband, they serve their local church in various leadership capacities. She is the proud mother of two adult sons, has a wonderful daughter in law and two grandsons. Along with her family, she looks forward to vacations in Northern Michigan, traveling anywhere warm, nature, reading, music, and board games.
