Counselor Trainee 

 

Luke Richmond is a counseling trainee in his final term of his MA in Clinical Counseling from Concordia University, Irvine and is currently supervised by Mary Rose Hamparian, LPCC-S.

 

Luke custom tailors his techniques from a variety of clinical approaches to fit each client’s particular needs while leaning primarily on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and his Gottman training. Luke believes that the counseling process has a profound ability to spark transformation that provides emotional, mental and spiritual health, brings about relational intimacy, and creates a greater sense of personal meaning.

 

Luke holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Wright State University, and an advanced diploma of marriage and family from Light University. Luke is also Gottman Method Level 1 trained and a SYMBIS certified pre-marital coach.
