Scott attended Miami University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Business Management. Continuing his education, Scott graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Northwestern University. Prior to entering the counseling field, Scott spent 12 years as an executive career coach and talent manager for fortune 50 organizations, consulting firms, and start-ups across the nation. 
 
Scott is married and a father of three. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with friends and family.
